Millersville University – Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer

RPA Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Wiley as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Millersville University. Mr. Wiley currently serves as the Director of the Paul Robeson Cultural Center at the Pennsylvania State University, a position he began in 2010. The Center helps students develop character, conscience, and social responsibility through programming around racial identity development, social justice, and cultural enrichment. Carlos is an inclusive excellence educator and has presented more than 1,000 workshops, trainings, presentations, and keynotes in the areas of race relations, racial competency, social justice, inclusive excellence in higher education, and white supremacy. Prior to his work at Penn State, Carlos was the Director of the Multicultural Educational Resource Center at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Other previous roles held at UW-Platteville include Director of University Diversity Initiatives, Interim Assistant to the Assistant Chancellor for Student Affairs, and Minority Admission Advisor. He started his career at UW-Platteville as a Football Coach and Recruiting Assistant. Mr. Wiley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Quincy University and a Master of Science in Education at University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
