UHCL’s new Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management

RPA Inc. is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Lee Young as the new Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management at the University of Houston – Clear Lake (UHCL). Dr. Young comes to UHCL from Texas A&M University-Commerce, where he most recently served as the Associate Vice President for Academic Initiatives. While at Texas A&M University, Dr. Young served in multiple other positions such as Interim Vice President for Enrollment Management, Dean of Students, and Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management. Before his arrival at Texas A&M, Dr. Young served as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Pittsburg State University in Kansas. Over the past 35 years, Dr. Young has served higher education in many ways. He started his higher education journey at Jackson State University, where he earned his BS in History, MA in History, and his PhD in Urban Higher Education.
