RPA Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Anne Herzog as SUNY Plattsburgh’s next Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Herzog most recently served Springfield College in Massachusetts as Dean and Professor of English for the School of Arts and Sciences. Before her work at Springfield College, Herzog was a professor of English at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and served as Director of the Writing Center and Assistant Director of the Office of Services for Students with Disabilities. Additionally, she chaired the English department for five years and was elected as Chair of the University’s Council of Chairs. Herzog earned a Ph.D. in English from Rutgers University, a master’s degree in English with a concentration in writing pedagogy from Georgetown University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
