RPA Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Garnier as Mansfield University’s next Vice President for Finance and Administration. Mr. Garnier brings a wealth of experience in higher education finance, most recently serving as the Vice President of Administrative Services & Chief Financial Officer at Corning Community College. He has held previous financial leadership roles at Stanford University, Monroe Community College Association, Inc. within SUNY, and the Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Garnier received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from SUNY Empire State College before earning an MBA from St. John Fisher College.
