RPA Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Learie Nurse as the next Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Kutztown University. Dr. Nurse currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Student Engagement at Mary Baldwin University. Prior to joining Mary Baldwin University in 2021, Dr. Nurse served as the Associate Dean of Students at New Jersey University. Dr. Nurse has also served as Dean of Students at Naropa University; Intercultural Coordinator and Worship Arts Co-Director at Community Bible Church; Interim Associate Director of Residential Education, Assistant Director of Residential Life, and Residence Director at the University of Vermont; the Educational Opportunity Program Counselor at SUNY Plattsburgh; Dining Services Retail Operations Manager Marketing Assistant at Sodexo (University Dining Services); Restaurant Supervisor at New England Culinary Institute; and Chef Instructor/Lecturer at Barbados Community College. He earned a Diploma in Food and Beverage Operations Degree from the Barbados Community College, Bachelor of Arts in Food and Beverage Management at New England Culinary Institute, and a Master of Education and Doctor of Education from the University of Vermont.
