RPA Inc. extends its congratulations to Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Dr. Debra Fitzsimons on her appointment as the University’s next Vice President for Administration and Finance. Fitzsimons served most recently as Interim Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of Business Services and Chief Financial Officer at South Orange County Community College District, in Mission Viejo, CA. Prior to her experience in California, she served as Vice Chancellor of Administrative Affairs and Chief Financial Officer at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. Fitzsimons brings over 25 years of experience in higher education and holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Pittsburgh, an MPA from Slippery Rock University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
