RPA Inc. is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Mark Rubinstein as the next Chancellor of the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH). Dr. Rubinstein comes to CCSNH from his current position as President of Granite State College (GSC). Previously, Dr. Rubinstein served in a number of capacities at the University of New Hampshire, including Vice President for Student & Academic Services and Interim Vice President for University Advancement. Prior to his arrival in New Hampshire, Dr. Rubinstein also served at the University of South Florida and the Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Rubinstein has a BA and MS from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Educational Theory and Policy from Pennsylvania State University.
