Dr. John Thinnes comes to RPA Inc. with more than 35 years experience working with organizations, executives and administrators. John received a doctoral degree in adult education and group process and specializes in helping individuals and groups learn how to successfully plan and implement change. The methods John uses are dynamic and interactive. They focus on helping executives and administrators learn new insights into their performance and the competencies necessary for implementing change. Some of John’s methods include a collaborative strategic planning process, action learning meetings, facilitative leadership techniques and coaching sessions. John is currently the Director of the Training and Organization Development Graduate Programs at Saint Joseph’s University. He has developed and taught courses for more than 15 years at the graduate level.
