John Mims
Senior Consultant
John Mims brings to RPA Inc. 20 years of experience in higher education management. His positions have included human resources, administrative support areas, and financial services. He has worked for Franklin Pierce University, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Wheaton College in Massachusetts. In addition he has worked for other for-profit and non-profit organizations. This knowledge of a broad array of institutions and his excellent experience in recruitment will enable him to assist clients in selecting the best candidates for their positions. As a human resources professional, he has led searches for all types of senior level positions and in academic areas. As an internal consultant, he has supported areas through change management, employee assessment, and organizational development. He welcomes the opportunity to assist clients in evaluating their staffing and developing the best structure to meet their needs. John has a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College and a Master of Divinity degree from Union Seminary in Virginia. He looks forward to assisting clients in meeting their organizational goals.
