Charles Miersch comes to RPA Inc. following service as Senior Associate Dean for Corporate Relations and Institutional Advancement, William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Rochester, an institution he served in varying capacities for more than 20 years. Mr. Miersch brings an exceptionally deep understanding of all aspects of institutional development to his work for RPA Inc. A successful businessman prior to entering the development field, Charlie has a special affinity for corporate and foundation relations. His successes include expansion of endowment resources by $40 million, securing of major grants and naming gifts, and directing major phases of a $108 million campaign.
