Prior to joining RPA Inc. in July of 1998, Kate spent the early years of her career in the human service sector. Her strong communication and organization skills enhance RPA Inc.’s ability to tailor searches to meet specific needs of client institutions. Kate has led highly successful executive recruitment efforts for Maryville University of Saint Louis, DePaul University, University of Pennsylvania, Lehigh University, The College of Saint Rose, Washington & Jefferson College, Weber State University, and other public and private institutions of higher education and nonprofit organizations.
