Gary Rhoads

Gary Rhoads joined RPA Inc. after having served over 20 years as a senior-level healthcare executive. His background includes a wide range of leadership experience, including operational and financial turnaround in both the not-for-profit and investor-owned settings, strategic planning, physician relations and recruitment, new business venture planning and development, infrastructure improvement, and long term care. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ashland Regional Medical Center and Lock Haven Hospital, both in Pennsylvania. Earlier he served as a Vice President in a variety of capacities at Stamford Health Management in Stamford, Connecticut.
Gary is a Diplomate in the American College of Healthcare Executives and served on the Regent’s Advisory Committee. He has served as a board member for many civic, community, economic development, church, youth, and nonprofit organizations. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, and is a licensed nursing home administrator.
